If you have never before registered to use Caremark online pharmacy services, follow these three steps:
1. Locate your prescription benefit card. You will need it to register.
2. Click the "Continue" button below to go to our new user registration form.
3. Complete all required information. You will be asked to create a new username and password. You will use this username and password to log in to this site in the future.
