Built in 2002, our Knoxville facility is Caremark's newest Customer Care site. In addition to state-of-the-art amenities, we offer free parking and a highly convenient location.

The Knoxville Center takes inbound calls only, and our team members really enjoy pleasing our plan participants. People who excel are goal-oriented and flexible, and many bring a solid work history to their careers. Yet we're all driven to affect someone's life in a positive way — every day.
