We are pleased to announce our brand new Universal Login Screen for all of Caremark's Client Services Applications! Client Services is an exclusive site for Caremark clients to assist in managing their participants' prescription benefits. Caremark's new Universal Login Screen will allow you to access all of Caremark's Client Services Applications including PeopleSafe®, RxNavigator®, and Client Management Reports with just one universal ID and password.

What types of changes can I expect as a result of the new Universal Login?
Aside from providing one convenient ID and password to use for all of Caremark's Client Services Applications, the new universal login will allow Caremark to ensure that each user's information is completely confidential. As an enhanced security measure, users will be prompted to change their password every 45 days.

How does the Universal Login work?
The login process is very similar to what it is today. The only difference is that you will log in through the Universal Login Screen first. This will take you to the Client Services Home Page, where you will be able to choose from any of the applications that you are currently using.
